On Thursday, Nov. 1, 2007, a 2004 Chevy driven by Joseph Vaught, 60, of Lewisburg, was traveling East on Highland Lick Road when the right side mirror of the vehicle struck the right arm of Pamela Holder, 51, of Russellville, who was walking West along the side of the roadway.

Holder was transported to the Logan Memorial Hospital where she was treated and released for her injuries. The Logan County Sheriff's Department is conducting the investigation and were assisted by the Russellville Rural Fire Department and the Medical Center EMS.
