Bikers gathered in the parking lot of the old Wal-Mart last weekend for the First Annual Fallen Heroes Memorial Ride to honor Cpl. Joshua Moore who was killed in Iraq fighting for our freedom and the freedom of others.

The ride drew numerous motorcyclists from all over who paid an entry fee that went toward the Joshua Moore Memorial Scholarship fund. The ride raised approximately $1,100.

Bikers had a beautiful day to ride. The trip began in Russellville and continued on to Bowling Green, up to Mammoth Cave to Brownsville and Nolin Dam ending at Morgantown.
