Expected guests are representatives from USDA-Rural Development, the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority and other federal, state and local officials.
East Logan Water District customers are also invited to attend. The board and management also invite customers of East Logan to stop by on July 17 from 10 a.m. till 2 p.m. for Customer Appreciation Day. Hot dogs, chips and drinks will be served.
