On Thursday, May 10, officers stopped a car driven by Jennifer R. Belcher and occupied by James E. Sears Jr. Marijuana and methamphetamine were found and taken from the vehicle and Sears.
Belcher and Sears were arrested. Belcher was charged with DUI first offense; possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance first and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sears was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance first, possession of drug paraphernalia and promoting contraband first.
