This has been an incredibly productive 30-day session for the Senate. We've passed numerous bills that we feel will move Kentucky forward. In the remaining days we will be working with our colleagues in the House to ensure that Kentucky continues to grow and prosper.
This week we moved to protect individuals who are paid nothing at all, because they are held captive and forced to work without any rights at all. It is estimated that more than 17,000 Americans each year
