The Lady Rams won 39-35 and the Rams 36-27.
Taylor Morris scored 5 points of her 10 points and Kate Brooks 4 of her 13 in the fourth quarter to hold off the Lady Rangers.
Ashley Forgy scored 14 points before fouling out for Lewisburg. Lewisburg was whistled for 24 fouls and Olmstead shot 33 free throws, hitting 13.
The Rangers outscored OMS 17-12 in the second half, but Olmstead had led 24-10 at the intermission. LMS had five players with from 4-7 points.
Twin Lancaster had 18 points for the Rams. He joined with Gaige Chyle and Dustin Nash to score all but one of the Rams' points.
Olmstead is the second seed in both divisions of the middle school tournament behind Auburn. Both Auburn games will be held Saturday afternoon, beginning at 2, and both Olmstead games will be at night, starting at 6:30.
The tournament is being played at Logan County High School.
