Tom Barlow, who is a candidate for U.S. Congress from the district which includes Logan County, will be in Logan County today.

The former Congressman is scheduled to be at the Logan County Courthouse at 9 a.m. He is scheduled to make an announcement concerning a new energy plant in the district.

The Democrat will leave from here for stops in Hopkinsville, Murray, Mayfield and Paducah.
