The top local vote-getter was Lady Panther junior Chloe Elam, who was the first player on the second team, making her the sixth vote getter among the girls.
Panther Jerrell Mayo placed ninth among the boys, finishing in the middle of the second team.
Logan County senior Kara Haley returned to the honor squad on the third team, finishing 12th.
RHS post player Tyler Meacham was the number 15 pick among the boys, rounding out the third team.
From the other two 13th District schools, the Franklin-Simpson sister-brother duo of Tara and Glenn Dalcourt were honored. Tara, a senior, was the number five pick among the girls and made the first team. Glenn, a junior, was the number eight boy and made the second team.
Kelleshia Cook, a Franklin sophomore, was the number three pick and made the first team.
Representing Todd Central were seniors Fontay Martin and Calvin Head and junior Millie Deason. Martin was eighth girl overall and on the second team. Head was 12th and on the boys third team. Junior Millie Deason
Warren Central junior Jeremy Anderson was boys MVP and Monroe County's Kenzie Rich the girls MVP.
All five boys first teamers are juniors. They are Anderson and Nick Britt of Central, Luc Graves of Allen County-Scottsville, Billy Joe Murphy of Monroe County and Shawn Savage of Bowling Green.
The girls seniors are Rich and Dalcourt. Cook and Cumberland County's Kristen Rowe are sophomores and Warren East's Ashley Rainey is a freshman.
The boys coach of the year is AC-S' Scott Shelton, the grandson of Hattie Ruth Shelton of Lewisburg.
The top girls coach was picked to be Monroe County's Dwayne Murphy.
