It seems the perpetrator(s) took very good care of my belongings and when finding out I was probably as broke as they were it seems they purposely placed my purse in a very noticeable place up against a pole to be found.
Nothing was taken from the purse despite having a credit card, cash card and several gift cards within. My license along with a key ring and some old tubes of lipstick and trash were all still there.
There was really nothing in the purse that I would have missed if it had not been recovered except a key that belonged to my deceased grandmother's home that I have carried around since she passed in 1998 as sort of a memento.
I also want to thank S&S Sign Company in Woodburn for finding my purse and taking the time to find me. It proves that even though there are people out there who will steal from you, there are still those out there who will help you. Tit for tat I guess.
To the people who stole my purse, I say the next time you need something so bad that you have to steal out of a church parking lot. please come inside and find me, and I will gladly help you anyway I can. You don't have to steal. I will help you with what you need.
