Dear Editor: Landfill review available

It has been one and a half weeks since I wrote about receiving a letter from the state issuing a notice of contamination to a stream sent to me as an adjaceant property owner to Waste Management. No one from the county has bothered to contact me about the letter or its contents.

There is a deadline of this month to notify the state for a public hearing on this issue. If anyone in a couny seat is concerned about Logan County and its citizens on the north end, please contact me for this review.

The Coopertown and Danby Station communities are made up of good people, some of whom have helped establish the foundation of Logan County. We would appreciate cooperation and attention from you on this matter.
