Consensus reached at Adairville: Principal named

On Monday, April 18, 2005, the Site-Based Decision-Making Council of Adairville School reached consensus to recommend to the superintendent of the Logan County Schools the hiring of Christopher Allen as the new principal of the school. Mr. Allen signed a contract with the Logan County School system on April 21, 2005 to begin his new duties on July 1, 2005.

Christopher Allen is presently a science teacher at Muhlenberg South High School and a resident of Greenville. He and his wife Chelsea, an elementary media specialist, are the parents of one son, Carter, who is two. Mr. Allen is a graduate of Murray State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Arts in school administration. He holds a Level 1 principal certification.

The school made their recommendation for the hiring of Mr. Allen based upon interviews, reference checks, qualifications and talents that each candidate possessed.
