Russellville Mayor Shirlee Yassney reported last Tuesday at the city council meeting that two major water leaks had been located recently that totaled a loss of approximately $30,000.
Yassney said the leak on Highland Lick Road was turned in by Logan County Magistrate Curtis Watkins. The other leak was located on Seventh Street. Yassney also reported the city's I&I has decreased as well.
