He was buried with military honors at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Nashville, Tenn.
Mr. Wren is survived by his wife, Lois Powell Wren; his sons, Richard Griggs of Deer Lodge, Tenn. and Tony, Timmy and Terry Wren, all of Antioch, Tenn.; his daughters, Lynne Thomas of South Union, Donna Holt of Bon Aqua, Tenn. and Sherrie Woodard of Antioch, Tenn.; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
