He was born on Oct. 18, 1931 in Russellville, the son of the late Homer J. and Bridie C. McDougal.
Mr. McDougal retired in 1992 from Chevron USA Corporation after 16 years of service. He moved to St. Petersburg in 2000. He was a Methodist.
Memorial services were held at Albright United Methodist Church, Tuesday, Dec. 9 in St. Petersburg.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara J. McDougal of St. Petersburg; his sons, Danny E. of Memphis, Tenn. and Ricky G. of St. Petersburg; his sister, Francis Harbison of Russellville; and his four grandchildren.
