The first JV game Terricka Quarles served 7 aces in a row to put RHS ahead 13-4. Netta Dandridge followed with 4 serves to get the score to 20-7 RHS. Shonay Dandridge served 2 and Darshan Dickerson served the winning point to finish at 25-10.
Game Two: Subs Ashley Elliott, Ashley Barker, Shonice Dandridge and Griselda Vargas saw playing time.

Amber Higgins had 7 good serves and 1 ace, 2 passes, 1 set and 1 attack. Demetria Miles added 5 serves, 1 kill and 4 attacks. Netta Dandridge had 4 serves, 1 attack. Elliott gave the team a good serve and Barker made 4 good serves.

Assistant Coach Kathy Thweatt says, "Varsity played with more intensity and aggression than we have been seeing from them. They came out hitting hard and playing well. I think the extra competition, (the transfer player) against Logan this year, and a good rest brought their playing to a higher level. "

Joanna Bailey had 2 aces, 6 good serves, 1 kill and 1 attack. Victoria Dickerson had 8 good serves, 6 passes, 17 assists, 29 sets, 2 attacks and 1 block. Brittany Noe had 4 good serves, 11 passes, 2 sets, 1 kill and 10 attacks.
