Mrs. Smith was born May 22, 1905 in Earlington, the daughter of the late Polk P. and Alice Donnely Blair.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Elkton Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Johnson Smith, and two sons, Frank Smith Jr. and Thomas W. Smith.
Funeral services were held Thursday, July 31, at Latham Funeral Home and burial followed in the Belmont Cemetery.
She is survived by her son, J. Willard Smith of Goodlettsville, Tenn.; her four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
