Scarlett is the daughter of Doris McPherson and the late Ralph McPherson. She graduated from Bowling Green Technical College in May with an Associates Degree.
Edward is currently practicing at Logan Family Practice and Logan Memorial Hospital.
Friends and family are invited to attend. A reception will follow the ceremony.
