An Elkton teenager was in ICU at Logan Memorial Hospital after an accident on Clarksville Road (79 South) Wednesday morning shortly before 10.

Nathan Morgan, 19, was traveling east on Clarksville Road Wednesday when his vehicle collided with a Coca-Cola truck driven by 38-year-old Gary Matthews, Hardyville, according to Logan County Sheriff's Department reports.

Morgan and a juvenile, also of Elkton, were entrapped in the vehicle. The two were removed with a combined effort of Medical Center EMS, Russellville City Fire Department and Russellville Rural Fire Department. The juvenile was treated and released.

Morgan is in stable condition, according to reports.
