She was a retired waitress and a member of the Adairville United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Melisha Ann Shoulders and by her sister, Geraldine Scott.
Funeral services were held October 6, 2002 at the Dean Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Marsh and Bro. Bill Cowan officiating. Dean Funeral Chapel was in charge of the arrangements.
Shoulders is survived by her sons Paul Shoulders of Cedar Hill and Jason Shoulders of Adairville; her daughters June Hyatt of Cedar Hill, Becky Ball of Clarksville, Gayle Shumake of Chapmansboro, and Robin Henderson of Adairville; her brother Weston Davis of Adairville; her sisters Barbara Thompson of Adairville; Betty Warden of Adairville, Alice Rayno of Adairville, Brenda Adams of Panama City, FL.; and by 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
