Mr. and Mrs. Gary Scott of Russellville announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amanda Jo Scott, to Christopher Kelly Penrod, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Penrod.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Carlene Lack, the late Roy Lack, Christine Scott and the late Herman Scott, all of Russellville.

She is a 2000 graduate of Logan County High School and is presently employed by Ko-Kleeners in Russellville.

The future groom is the grandson of Dorothy Nell Forgy, the late John Louis Forgy and the late Mr. and Mrs. James William Penrod.

He is a 1995 graduate of Logan County High School and is presently employed by Ventra Plastics.

The wedding will be held at 6 p.m. on June 29, 2002 at the Living Word Church in Adairville, with a reception to follow.

Invitations will be sent to out-of-town guests only. All friends and relatives are invited to attend.
