Amanda Dean of Adairville was southbound on Barren Plains Road when she and Cathy Robbins of Adairville, who was traveling northbound, hit each other head on, causing severe damage to both vehicles.
Conditions at the time of the collision were wet and rainy.
All occupants were taken to Northcrest Hospital in Springfield.
