Bill Hendricks, president of the sponsoring Adairville-South Logan Strawberry Festival, says the meeting will be at 7 p.m. during the chamber meeting.
"We need people who are willing to help plan, set up and work some of the events that will be going on during the festival," Hendricks says.
Those helping don't have to be members of the chamber, although new members would be welcome.
The annual Adairville Strawberry Festival will begin with the run on Saturday, May 11 and conclude Parade Day, Saturday, May 18.
