Warren Browder, 82 of Russellville, died April 5, 2011 at Alive Hospice at St. Thomas in Nashville, Tenn.

He was born June 5, 1928, a son of the late Reps Browder and the late Sallie Ada Browder. In addition to his parents, Mr. Browder was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Pearl Browder.

Mr. Browder was a a highway state department worker in Logan County. He was also a deacon/trustee for the Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Olmstead.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 9 at 1 p.m. at Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Olmstead with Reverend Broderick Gatewood officiating. Burial will follow in the Cedar Grove Baptist Church. Visitation will be held Friday, April 8 from 5-7 p.m. at the church.

Gamble Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

He is survived by his sons; Warren Browder Jr. of Russellville and Stanley Browder of Jonesboro, Ga.; his grandchildren, Denelda Flowers of Bowling Green, Tiffany Browder of Hopkinsville, Latosha Browder-Sims of Rex, Ga., Contisha Browder of Shelby, N.C. and Warren Browder III of Mid-South, Okla., and his God-daughter, Phoebe Tolliver of Hopkinsville.
