Miss Lockhart attends Western Kentucky University and is employed at Todd County Horizon Academy.
Mr. Osborne is a Todd County Central High School graduate and employed at Logan Aluminum.
The wedding will be held at 3 p.m. on July 9, 2011 in Auburn at Macedonia Baptist Church.
