Miss Armstrong is the granddaughter of Jerry Knight and the late Brenda Knight of Lewisburg and Faye and the late Bobby Armstrong of Auburn.
Mr. Kennedy is the grandson of Dillard and Virginia Thompson of Auburn.
The wedding is planned for Nov. 13, 2010, at Wild Goose Pay Lake in Russellville.
