Logan County High School senior pitcher Jordan Hendrix signed this week to play college baseball next year at Lindsey Wilson.
So far this season, Hendrix has saw action in two games – including a win over Warren Central that saw him go six innings while striking out seven and walking just three to earn the win. Hendrix has a 1.91 ERA this season with 13 strikeouts and four walks.
Last season as a junior, Hendrix went 7-3 with an ERA of 1.39. He had 27 strikeouts and 21 walks. As a sophomore, Hendrix went 4-1 with 15 strikeouts and 13 walks.
For his career thus far, Hendrix has pitched 94.1 innings with a 1.63 ERA. He has amassed 55 strikeouts with 38 walks. He’d given up 44 total runs, only 22 of which have been earned.
Lindsey Wilson is currently 22-10 this season and 11-4 at home.
