The Russellville Panthers played the Franklin-Simpson Wildcats on Tuesday. The Panthers fought and played a close game that lasted nine innings, but fell 2-1 in extras to the Wildcats. The new minor league basketball team, the Bowling Green Hornets, made their debut on Friday night at Russellville High School. The Logan County Lady Cougars and the Russellville Lady Panthers faced each other during the second Clash of the Cats game of the season. The Russellville Panthers and the Logan County Cougars played in district games on Tuesday night.
