Last week, Logan County High School senior Sye Head met with the Western Kentucky University track and cross county coach to start a new journey. Head signed to be a part of the Wku track and cross country teams for the next four years of his college career. Panthers defeat Rebels; Cougars fall to Wildcats
The Russellville Panthers and the Logan County Cougars played in district games on Tuesday night. The Panthers faced the Todd County Central Rebels and the Cougars faced the Franklin-Simpson Wildcats. The Panthers had a successful night and won 10-3. The Cougars were not as lucky and fell 1-5. The Logan County Cougars have had a very successful weekend. The Cougars earned three wins over Allen-County Scottsville, Butler County and Caverna. On Thursday the Cougars faced the Allen County-Scottsville Patriots.
