He was born June 2, 1936, in Todd County, a son of the late William Sylvester Keeling and Mary Elizabeth Bradley Keeling.
Mr. Keeling was a farmer and a member of the Allegre Missionary Baptist Church in Allegre.

He was born Nov. 14, 1953, in Logan County, a son of Kathleen Elamon Manning of Auburn and the late Charles Edward Manning. In addition to his father, Mr. Manning was preceded in death by his sister, Kelly Canary.
