She was born Oct. 27, 1931, in Belton, a daughter of the late Clay McElwain and the late Viola McElwain. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Webb was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Webb and her brother, Shirley McElwain.
Mrs. Webb was a former part owner of a Western Auto Store and a member of the Church of Christ.
