The Cougars came back from halftime and make good plays, but the Trojans were able to shut them down and add another 20 points. The Trojans would lead 61-41 going into the last quarter of the game.

The Cougars were able to make strong offensive plays in the fourth quarter to gain 20 points, but it was not enough to bring them close to the Trojans, ending the game in a loss of 61-76.
