We beat ourselves,” said head coach John Myers. “The kids played their hearts out. I wish we would have figured out what to do offensively earlier but we made adjustments and started to move the ball well but it was too little too late.”
The Panthers also lose six seniors this year including Daniel Duncan, Troy Fulcher, Josh Hampton, Zach Hines, A.K. Tisdale and Luke Whittaker.
“I’m proud of our seniors. They have given their heart and soul to this team and I was hoping to see them go further. They are quality men and they have a bright future ahead of them. I’m going to miss them,” said Myers.
