James C. Young, 30, of Dunmor, was arrested Feb. 1, 2013, and charged with USe of a minor under 18 in a sexual performance, possession of matter portraying sex performance and distribution of obscene matter to minors first offense. Young was placed in the Logan County Detention Center under a $100,000 cash bond.
According to the arrest report, a deputy of the Logan County Sheriff’s Department was contacted by social services concerning a 16-year-old’s Facebook account where she had been talking to Young. Upon reviewing the account, deputies located conversations between Young and the juvenile that were inappropriate involving sexual photos back and forth to one another. The report also stated the 16-year-old had told Young of her age.
Young entered a not guilty plea.
