On Monday, April 29th, 2013 at 12:30 p.m., two African American males in a blue early 2000s model Ford pick-up truck with an attached trailer stopped at a residence on Walnut Street in Auburnand stole nine iron “I-beams.”
All of the “I-beams” were approximately 18-20 feet in length and 4-6 inches in width. They were estimated to cost approximately $2000 total. The suspects were seen by a witness who described them in the following manner: One was younger with light skin and tall and the other was shorter with darker skin and facial hair.
The owner of the property is offering a $500 reward for any information leading to the arrest of the perpetrators. Crimestoppers is also offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest of the perpetrators.
