Barrett Nelson, who served as principal of Lewisburg school for five years, resigned from that position and began working as a teacher at the school district's alternative school today.

The News-Democrat & Leader obtained a copy of Nelson's resignation memo to the Logan County School Board which requested his resignation as Lewisburg principal and requested a ressignment to the alternative school.

For more on the story, read tomorrow's edition of the News-Democrat & Leader.
