The Simpson County Extension Service is excited to announce the upcoming Horse College sponsored by the recently formed Mammoth Cave West Regional Horse Council. The Horse College will be held every Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. beginning February 9 and continuing through March 2, 2009. The cost will be $15 per person which includes all costs associated with participating.

The Horse College is a cooperative effort between Butler, Warren, Logan, Allen and Simpson Counties that offers educational opportunities designed for the adult horse owner. The programs are seminar-based with four evening sessions that include Nutrition, Health, Hoof Care and Forages

Presentations will be made by University of Kentucky Extension Equine Specialist, Bob Coleman, and local Extension Agents. Locations are to be determined. Please RSVP by calling the Extension Office at 586-4484 by January 16th. Spaces are limited, and will be determined!
