Students at Russellville Middle School last week geared up to do their best during the second half of the school year through several motivational activities based around the theme “Bring Your A Game!”

“That theme will be highlighted throughout the rest of the year and carry us through testing,” said RMS Assistant Principal Lisa White.

The activities included short basketball games between students and teachers, drawings for prizes, prizes given for academic and behavior focus, a job fair and an opportunity for some students to see how much cash they could grab in the money machine brought to the school by First Southern Bank, which gave away more than $400 during the event.
