Margaret Lois Holloway, 88, of Russellville, died Feb. 12, 2013, at the Baptist Hospital in Nashville, Tenn.

She was born on Aug. 22, 1924, a daughter of the late Charles Edwards and Nelle King Edwards. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Holloway is preceded in death by her son, David Holloway and sister, Rowena Lewis.

Mrs. Holloway worked most of her life as a bookkeeper for the Farm Management Association. She was a member of the United Methodist Temple, Past Matron of Star Hope Chapter 193 order of the Eastern Star in Greensburg, Kan. and Past Noble Grand of Rebekah Lodge of Greensburg.

Funeral services were held Friday, Feb. 15 at 2 p.m. at the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel with Reverend Dr. Earl “Judge” Coker officiating. Burial followed in the Auburn Cemetery. Visitation began at the funeral home Thursday, Feb. 14 from 5-8 p.m. and Friday, Feb. 15 from 12 p.m. until time of service.

Pallbearers were Scott Holloway, Todd Holloway, Stephen Taylor, Mike Alderson, Conrad Westbrook, Craig Carter, Mark Hall and Mike Garrett.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Hubert Holloway; her son, Brian Holloway of Russellville; her daughter, Catherine Annelle Holloway of Russellville; her daughter-in-law, Theola Holloway; her grandchildren, Cara Holloway, Krista Stallbaummer, Lane Holloway and Bethany Martino; her great-grandchildren, Catherine Grace Martino, Keaton Martino, Alivia Stallbaummer and Landen Stallbaummer; her nephews, Charles and Donald Lewis, and her great-nephew, Bob Lewis.

The Family asks that donations be made to the United Methodist Temple, 395 South Mains Street, Russellville, KY 42276.
