Madeline B. Duncan, 64, of Picayune, Miss., died Friday, Aug. 31, 2012.

She was born Saturday, Feb. 14, 1948, a daughter of the late Gabriel Bourgeois and the late Drusella LeBleu Bourgeois. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Duncan was preceded in death by her brother, Larry Bourgeois and her sister, Louella Matte.

A graveside service was held Thursday, Sept. 6 at 1 p.m. at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery with the Father Jojy Olickal Joseph officiating.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Duncan of Picayune, Miss.; her son, Christopher Duncan of Leakesville, Miss., her daughters, Honora Duncan of Plano, Texas and Amanda Duncan of Shreveport, La.; her brothers, Anthony Bourgeois and James Bourgeois, both of Church Point, La., Walter Bourgeois of Denham Springs, La. and Michael Bourgeois of Singapore, and her sisters, Gabriella Miller, Gwendolyn Leger and Estelle Wimberley, Judy Thibodeuax, all of Church Point, La. and Geraldine Daigle of Baton Rouge, La.
