Nancy Arline Harper, 73, of Lewisburg, Ky., died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013, at Logan Memorial Hospital in Russellville, Ky.

She was born in Logan County, Ky. on Monday, Dec. 11, 1939, a daughter of the late Homer Morgan and the late Elgie Gray Morgan. She was also the wife of Brother Glendell Harper. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Harper was preceded in death by her daughter, Debra Reynolds; her grandson, Glenn Ed O’Neal; her step-grandson, Joseph Earl Mitchell, and her great-grandsons, Christian and Rayland Johnson.

Mrs. Harper was a homemaker and a member of Baugh Station General Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Jan. 8 at 2 p.m. at Price Funeral Home with the Brother Darren Pentecost officiating and Brother Nelson Clay Bodes assisting. Burial will follow in the Fitzhugh Cemetery, Lewisburg, Ky. Visitation began Monday, Jan. 7 at 5 p.m. at the funeral home.

She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Byrd, Diane Mitchell and Carolyn Brown, all of Lewisburg, Ky.; her brother, Brother David Morgan of Russellville, Ky.; her sister, Ann Foster of Lewisburg, Ky.; six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
