Pauline Harue Britt, 69, of Florida, died on September 23, 2012.
Shewas a native of Alberta, Canada and was a graduate of Gault School of Nursing in Lethbridge, specializing in Intensive Care Nursing. She was a dedicated, skilled and compassionate nurse. Her 40 year career allowed her to care for patients in Canada, Hawaii, Virginia, Kentucky, California and Florida.
Visitation was on Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at Craig Funeral Home in St. Augustine, Fla. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Ancient City Baptist Church with Pastor David Rice officiating. Burial will follow at Craig Memorial Park. Flowers are gratefully accepted.
Pauline will long be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Her willingness to put others first was one of her most treasured traits.
She is survived by her husband of almost 40 years, Barry Lynn Britt; son, Barry Lyndon Britt (Jennifer); sister, June Monfee-Smith(Brock); brothers, James Ikebuchi (Marillyn) and Rick Ikebuchi (Zosia); grandson, Kaiden Hideo Britt and many other family members and friends.
