Juanita Helton Brashears, 85, of Clarksville and formerly of Todd County, died Monday, Dec. 24, 2012 at the Gateway Medical Center in Clarksville of natural causes.
Mrs. Brashears was born Jan. 9, 1927 in Harlan, a daughter of the late E.L. and Minnie Creech Helton. She was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Baptist Church.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Brashears.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012 at the Cook-Webb Funeral Home with Rev. John Thomas officiating. Interment followed at the Highland Cemetery. Visitation was held Thursday from noon until the service time.
She is survived by daughters, Brenda Wilson of Clarksville and Donna Quarles of Houston, Texas, six grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
