Odell Law, 86, of Allegre, died Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012, at Baptist Hospital of Madisonville.

He was born in Ordway, Colo., a son of the late John Henry Law and Terothy Stone Law. In addition to his parents, Mr. Law was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Lee Law in 2011.

Mr. Law was the owner and operator of Odell Law Used Cars of Allegre. He was a United States Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Allegre Missionary Baptist Church where he served as deacon, treasurer and had also served as Sunday School director.

Funeral services Tuesday, Dec. 11 at 1 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in the Cox Cemetery. Visitation began Monday, Dec. 10 after 5 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home.

He is survived by his sons, Billy (Judy) Law of Elkton and Dalton (Kathy) Law of Allegre; his daughters, Nancy (Bill) Humphreys of Allegre and Wanda (Roy) Nichols of Elkton; his brother, Henry (Nelda) Law of Allegre; 11grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
