The Lady Cougar volleyball team brought home another win on Thursday night against the Franklin-Simpson Lady Wildcats. The Lady Cougars went 2-0 (25-4, 25-14) with an easy win over the Lady Wildcats which brings their season record to an impressive 11-2.

The team ended up with 21 kills overall. Chanler Steenbergen lead the Lady Cougars with seven. They also had 10 digs overall with Madison Abbot, Rebecca Dezarn and Rachyl Miller all with two each.

“It’s easy for the girls to relax during games like this but we are staying focused,” said head coach Steve Lyne. “We are practicing before games and pushing the girls to work on plays and conditioning.”

The Lady Cougars will face Warren Central tonight in an away game.
