Hebrews 13:8 “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever”.

It seems to me that this generation thinks that God has changed His mind on what the Word of God plainly says.

The verse that is at the top of this article states that Jesus never changes, the same goes for His Word.

I would like for us to look at some things that God will never change His mind on.

1. The Plan of Salvation hasn’t Changed

Salvation isn’t through church membership, water regeneration, good works, or the other 100’s of ways that man has devised to get to heaven on. Salvation is through the grace of God (Romans 5:15) and man placing his trust in Jesus Christ(Romans 10:8-14)and turning from sin through repentance (Mark 1:15)

2.God hasn’t changed His mind on Sin

It’s important to know what sin is, the very word sin means to “miss the mark”, that means that there is a mark that has been set by the sinless life of Jesus Christ. Just in recent weeks, the man who holds the office of President of the United States proclaimed that he supports homosexual marriage. God has called this thing an abomination and the Bible (KJV 1611) makes it plain that homosexualality will bring judgement to the land where it is practiced. (Lev.18:22-30) Have you wondered about the drought, flooding, fires, bad economy, America has snubbed her nose in the face of Almighty God, we haven’t yet saw the judgement that’s coming our way.
