Mera Dean Schmidt, 74, of Branson, Mo., died Monday, Sept. 10, 2012.
She was born in Spa, Nov. 10, 1937, a daughter of the late Eddie and Maudie (Wilhite) Johnson.
Mrs. Schmidt was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Branson.
Funeral services were held Friday, Sept. 14 at 11 a.m. in the Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home with Pastor Neal Franks officiating. Burial followed in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Louis of Branson; the three boys she raised, Craig Arnold of Phoenix., Ariz. and Kenneth Davis and Mark Davis, both of Branson, Mo.; her sisters, Louise Henderson of Antioch and Sue Fuller and husband James of Spa, and numerous family and friends.
