The Russellville Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) recently presented a proclamation to the Vietnam veterans honoring the 50th anniversary of these warriros fir for freedom. American Legion national officer Randall Coffman and Logan County Judge Executive Logan Chick presented the proclamation to local Vietman veteran Darrell Rogers. Also present was World War II veteran, 92-year-old Janice Bell.
