Burglary in Auburn

The Logan County Sheriff’s Department is looking for information about a burglarly that occurred on Thursday, Aug. 2 on Cave Springs Road.

The department responded to a call that morning of a theft at a barn which belongs to Robert Ezell of Auburn. This happened sometime between 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 1 and 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 2 when the suspects cut a chain to the main gate of the driveway that leads to the barn.

The suspects then drove up in a pickup truck and went inside. they stole a Dewalt Miter saw worth $1,000, a weedeater, a leaf blower, a Skill brand chainsaw, a Craftsman cordless drill, a portable 5,000-watt generator, and a Ted Williams 12-gauge shotgun.
