On Sept. 14, Brad Belcher and his girlfriend Tina McCaleb were arrested in Russellville by deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Department in connection to a burglary that occurred early in the week at the residence of Dale Holloway on Nashville Street in Russellville.

Holloway was the victim of a recent homicide which occurred on Thursday Aug. 30, 2012. According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Department, Timothy Claytor of Lewisburg shot Holloway numerous times when Holloway came to his residence looking for a Lori White. It appears, says police, that some type of argument took place between Holloway and Claytor that resulted in the death of Holloway. Claytor is being held for murder in the Logan County Detention Center under a $150,000 cash bond.

Belcher is being charged with burglary and receiving stolen property. McCaleb is being charged with receiving stolen property. The case remains under investigation.
