Greetings from the Antioch Community.
My sister, Mera Dean, is real sick. Would you please remember her in your Prayers?
Hope you had a Safe and Happy Fourth of July.
Well, well, Deep subject. The Picnic last week at Hazel’s turned out with just me and Hazel being there. But we had plenty to eat and a good time visiting as we don’t get together very often. But we were disappointed that no one else came.
Visiting with Christine White were Carolyn White, Dorothy Henderson, Jessica Robey and her four children, Miranda Mason Logsdon, Juanita Key, Jerry and Irene White, Sherri White took her to the doctor, Juley and Shelby Nelson.
Juley, Shelby and Ethan all went to Dollywood for the weekend.
We have a group from our church who are gone to Oklahoma on a Mission Trip to help Bro. Jimmy Kenner.
Chris Kenner filled the pulpit Sunday morning in the absense of our pastor. He did real good. We are really proud of Chris. He is the son of Bro. Jimmy and Penny Kenner.
Visiting with Don and Rosie Yarnell was their grandson Shane Zekucia and his son from Iowa. They attended church at Antioch Sunday morning.
Visiting with Myrtle Pogue was Lorrie Hopper and Farmer Brown.
Still hoping and praying for rain.
Nothing ruins the truth like stretching it. A clean conscience makes a soft pillow.
Have a good weekend.
